- What file types can I upload?
- PNG, JPG and WebP. A PNG with a transparent background looks best.
- What sizes can I download?
- Etsy 2000 x 2000 on the free plan. Paid adds Etsy 2700 x 2025 and Shopify 2048 x 2048.
- Can I use the mockups to sell products?
- Yes. We generated the template photos ourselves, so we own them and you may use the output in listings.
- Why does the free plan have a limit?
- Three designs a day on every template, with a small watermark, is enough to see if the result fits your shop.
- Does it work on a phone?
- It works, but a laptop is faster for large batches because rendering uses your own device.
